Our Story
Lumière opened in 2019 with a simple idea: cook honestly, source carefully, and keep the room small enough that the kitchen can still see who they're cooking for.
Every dish on the menu is built from what came into the kitchen that morning — which means the menu changes, but the standard never does. Our small team works directly with local growers, fishmongers and foragers, and we list where we can on request.
